Returns
Our refund policy is 15 days against physical products. The products must be returned in the same conditions it reached you: unopened and in its original packaging.
Reservations can be cancelled without penalty up to 24 ours BEFORE the reserved date.
To perform a refund we need a proof of purchase, a phisical ticket or a digitall bill.
Refunds
Once a returned product reaches us and it's examined against damage or fraud, a refund will be executed on the same payment method used in adquisition.
Replacements
If a bought item is defective or damaged, it will be replaced by an equal or similar product, as stocks allow.
